Workforce Results Report, Automotive Technology Spring 2026
What You Receive Each Semester
Actionable workforce intelligence you can use immediately
Each regular semester (or quarter), Workforce Results delivers a customized Workforce Results Report plus targeted action lists designed to help you act, not just report.
A list of students seeking internships or career assistance, so staff can reach out proactively
A list of students and alumni willing to serve as mentors, role models, or program ambassadors
A list of employers with current job openings, matched to your programs
A list of employer contacts who may be interested in serving on your industry advisory committee
Program-level benchmarks you can use in internal and external reporting (and for funding conversations)
Most Career Education programs receive their first Workforce Results Report within approximately 60 days of launch.
Once your Workforce Results System™ is in place, here's what you'll receive each semester:
How the Workforce Results System Works
Initial Workforce Results System™ Consultation
In your initial 30‑minute Workforce Results System™ consultation, we begin by learning about your career education program and workforce goals, reporting requirements, and the workforce questions you want answered and we suggest potential next steps.
1
Program Assessment & Planning
We work with your program leadership to understand your career pathways, industry certifications, employer relationships, student populations, and reporting needs. This assessment provides the foundation for customizing your Workforce Results System.
2
Faculty Training & Buy-In
Faculty participation is the key to long-term success.
We train faculty and staff, gather their input on the workforce questions that matter most to their program, and build the buy-in needed for successful implementation. Their participation helps maximize student participation and strengthens ongoing connections with graduates.
3
Customized Survey & Outreach
Based on your program assessment and faculty input, we customize every survey to your Career Education Program.
We create:
Student/alumni surveys
QR codes
Classroom PowerPoint slides
Promotional flyers
E-mail outreach campaigns for students and alumni
Optional managed outreach (invitations, reminders, response monitoring)
Everything is designed to maximize participation while minimizing work for your faculty and staff.
4
Launch Your Program Career Network
We create a private LinkedIn Career Network for your program, bringing together current students, graduates, program leavers, faculty, and staff.
This community strengthens alumni engagement, supports mentoring and networking, and provides an ongoing connection between your program and its graduates.
5
Workforce Data Collection & Analysis
As students and graduates respond, Workforce Results transforms survey responses into meaningful workforce intelligence.
Instead of simply reporting data, we analyze trends, identify opportunities, and uncover insights specific to your Career Education program and make recommendations for next steps.
6
Reports, Dashboards & Student Action Lists
Each regular semester (or quarter), you receive customized workforce intelligence designed to support better decision-making, including:
Workforce Results Report with analysis and recommendations
Interactive dashboards
Individual student action lists
Employer intelligence
Longitudinal wage and employment trends
Recommendations for continuous improvement
7
Workforce Results Review & Discussion
Your customized Workforce Results Report™ is presented in a live one-hour Zoom session with your program chair, dean, faculty, staff, and any other stakeholders you choose to invite.
Rather than simply presenting the report, we help your team understand what the findings mean for your program. We explain the results, answer questions, highlight strengths, identify opportunities for improvement, and share practical recommendations to help guide your program's next steps.
The session is interactive, giving your team the opportunity to ask questions, explore the findings in greater depth, and discuss how the recommendations apply to your program.
The presentation is recorded so your team can revisit it at any time and share it with others.
8
Continuous Improvement
Unlike traditional workforce reporting tools, the Workforce Results System™ becomes more valuable over time.
Each reporting cycle adds richer longitudinal data, stronger employer intelligence, expanded alumni engagement, and more meaningful comparisons—helping your Career Education program continuously improve workforce outcomes year after year.
